Debt recovery under a service agreement
- The issue
- Your company delivered the services, but the client has not paid in full or in part. We help recover the contract debt in the UAE and secure actual repayment.
- Timeline
- Pre-trial settlement usually takes 7–14 days. Court or arbitration proceedings depend on the jurisdiction and the facts of the case — around 12 months on average.
- Standard action plan
- We review the contract, invoices, correspondence and other evidence. We send the debtor a Legal Notice and negotiate payment. If no agreement is reached, we handle recovery through court or arbitration and the subsequent enforcement of the judgment.
Dispute with a developer
- Where we file
- RERA and the Rental Dispute Centre; for cancelled projects — the special liquidation committee
- First step
- 7 days to review the SPA, escrow status and DLD registration
- What we do
- We calculate the actual delay under the contract, file the claim with the committee and pursue a refund or handover of the unit
Enforcing a foreign judgment
- Where we file
- Dubai Courts execution division; for arbitral awards — the New York Convention
- First step
- 10 days for legalisation and sworn translation of the file
- What we do
- We check whether the judgment qualifies for recognition, trace the debtor's UAE assets, file the application and secure attachment of accounts and property
Employment dispute
- Where we file
- MOHRE first; if no settlement is reached — the labour court
- First step
- The MOHRE complaint is filed within 24–48 hours of your enquiry
- What we do
- We calculate gratuity, unpaid salary and compensation, negotiate with the employer and file a claim if they refuse
Inheritance and assets in the UAE
- Where we file
- DIFC Wills Service or Dubai Courts — depending on whether a registered will exists
- First step
- 5 days to trace assets and check the will register
- What we do
- We establish the estate, run the probate case, unfreeze accounts and transfer property and company shares

Reviews
What clients say
“For two years we could not get our money back from a partner in Dubai. Here they pulled the documents apart in the first week and explained why the earlier attempts had failed. Five months later the money was in the account.”
“We registered a free zone company remotely and I never once flew over. Everything, including the bank account, took six weeks. Special thanks for warning us about the reporting obligations upfront.”
“The developer dragged the handover out for two years. They explained the RERA procedure, calculated what could realistically be recovered, and recovered it. Notably, nobody promised miracles at the first meeting.”
