Yes. Most matters run remotely. A power of attorney is required — it can be issued at a UAE consulate or before a notary with subsequent legalisation and apostille; we provide the exact wording and instructions for your country. Attendance in person is rarely needed and always agreed in advance.

What does a consultation cost and what is included?

AED 750–1,500 per hour depending on complexity. It covers review of your documents, an assessment of prospects and a written summary with an action plan. If you go ahead with a project, the fee is credited against it.

How long does debt recovery take in the UAE?

The pre-action stage starts from two weeks. A court case in Dubai usually runs 4–9 months to first-instance judgment, with enforcement adding another 1–3 months. Arbitration takes longer but the award is easier to enforce outside the UAE.

Do you guarantee the outcome?

No — a lawyer who guarantees an outcome is misleading you. We give an honest probability after diagnostics and decline matters with no prospects. On selected recovery cases we work for a success fee, which is where we put our own money on the result.
