Privacy policy
This policy explains how ALROA Legal Consultancy ("we", "the Company") processes the personal data of website visitors and clients in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (UAE PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What data we collect
Your name, contact details (phone, email), the content of any enquiry submitted through the website form or messaging apps, and any documents you provide to us in connection with legal services.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a consultation or provide a legal service, to handle a matter in the client’s interest, and to comply with the legal requirements applicable to legal practice.
How we store and protect it
Only the lawyers working on a client’s matter have access to that client’s documents. A confidentiality agreement is signed before documents are handed over. Data is kept for as long as is necessary to provide the service and comply with legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary to provide the service (for example, to a court, an arbitral institution, or a notary) or where required by law.
Case studies on this site
In the case descriptions on this site, the names of clients and opposing parties are not disclosed; amounts are stated with the clients’ consent.

You may request information about what data of yours we process, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to office@alroa.ae.
